- Bring a pan of water to boil.
- Drop the spaghetti into water. If the pan you have is smaller than the spaghetti, slowly put it into the water and bend the spaghetti to fit.
- Rapidly boil the spaghetti for 10 minutes or so.
- Heat the oil.
- Add steak or mince and fry it quickly until brown.
- Add the tinned tomatoes and the red wine.
- Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
- Slowly crumble the stock cubes and stir.
- Allow the Bolognese to simmer slowly. Regularly stir to avoid sticking to the pan.
- Drain spaghetti and divide into portions.
- Spoon the Bolognese onto plates.
- Garnish and promptly serve while hot.
