This post is a little off the normal topic but I thought it was interesting to investigate.
After reading a post here: Ben Barden I decided to change my feed to a full one rather than a short one.
I never imagined that a short feed would put people off or delete their subscription.
So if you are subscriber to this blog, do you prefer the full feed to the short one?
Also, if you are a blog owner, do you offer a full feed or a short one?

Thanks for the link, Sarah. :) I never saw the point in partial feeds - why subscribe if you have to go to the site to see the full post?
I'm definitely a full-feed person. I usually unsubscribe from blogs with partial feeds.
@ Ben - Your welcome Ben! Your post really got me thinking, I never thought about the impact of the feed length!
@lightening - I have been watching my numbers fluctuate for some time now, and I could never understand! Now I am sure it is because I only had a partial feed rather than a full one!
Hello Sarah! As I am writing a review for your blog (via SocialSpark) I could not resist leaving a comment about this.
I've read that there are advantages to using both styles. Full feeds convenient for subscribers to read your post without going to your site or blog. However, these full feeds can easily copy off a blog post and repost it at another site without your permission (using "auto" blogs that are run by computers).
Short feeds work well with those posts that are written with "catchy introductions" like the ones in the newspapers. Interested readers are sure to follow these feeds and click on to read what the rest of the article says. If readers are able to visit your blog the chances of having other articles read in your site is very high - if these are indeed interesting.
Your numbers will really tell if your blog will really work on partial feed versus the full one for your current blogging style.
